Cross-border enforcement of consumer is getting a boost. Technology is rapidly being adopted by enforcement agencies to enforce consumer law.


The report prepared by Christine Riefa and Liz Coll unpacks the concept of EnfTech and how consumer protection authorities can make the most of technology to safeguard consumers and keep markets in check. The report includes:
